Safety and Immunogenicity of Anti–SARS-CoV-2 Messenger RNA Vaccines in Recipients of Solid Organ Transplants

French study (367 patients with a heart, kidney, liver, or pancreas transplant) found a weak immunogenicity of mRNA vaccines. As the vaccines were well tolerated, authors propose an increased antigen dose, or third dose in this specific population.
