SARS-CoV-2–Specific antibodies in breast milk after COVID-19 vaccination of breastfeeding women

This prospective cohort study (n=84) found mean levels of the specific antibodies in breast milk were significantly elevated (2.05 ratio; P < .001), 61.8% positive samples at 2 weeks post 1st vaccination increasing to 86.1% at week 4 (1 week after 2nd vaccine).
