Selective internal radiation therapies for treating hepatocellular carcinoma – Final Appraisal Determination

In DRAFT guidance, NICE recommends selective internal radiation therapy SIR-Spheres for unresectable advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in adults, only if used for people with Child-Pugh grade A liver impairment when conventional transarterial therapies are inappropriate.
