Sustaining and spreading penicillin allergy delabelling: A narrative review of the challenges for service delivery and patient safety

This review notes the majority of cases of reported penicillin allergy are shown to be incorrect following comprehensive testing. It discusses an emerging evidence base for strategies for delabelling of penicillin allergy using direct oral challenges, following risk assessment.
