RCT (n=202) found antitumor drug–related problems (ADRS/medication errors), were lower (3.85 v 5.81) and patient treatment satisfaction higher (Treatment Questionnaire for Medication, convenience; 91.6 v 74.4) in intensified care vs standard of care group (both; P < 0.001).
