Tiagabine add‐on therapy for drug‐resistant focal epilepsy

This updated review (6 trials; none additional since previous update in 2014) found tiagabine reduced seizure frequency (RR for ≥50% reduction versus placebo of 3.16; 95% CI 1.97-5.07) but was associated with some adverse effects. No trials included those aged ≤12 years.
