Tirzepatide versus Semaglutide Once Weekly in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
Tirzepatide was noninferior and superior to semaglutide with respect to mean baseline change in the glycated haemoglobin level at 40 weeks (n=1897; differences between 5mg, 10mg, & 15mg tirzepatide groups and semaglutide group were −0.15%, −0.39% & −0.45%, respectively.
