Trifluridine/tipiracil (Lonsurf) accepted for restricted use within NHS Scotland for treatment of metastatic gastric cancer

Treatment is restricted to use as third line treatment of adult patients with metastatic gastric cancer including adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction and treatment is supported by the NHS Scotland Patient Access Scheme.
