Update on treatments and vaccines against COVID-19 under development

At present, potential treatments for COVID-19 undergoing clinical trials are remdesivir (investigational), lopinavir/ritonavir, chloroquine & hydroxychloroquine, systemic interferons and monoclonal antibodies with activity against components of the immune system.
