Study (n=422,791) found that eating fish rather than meat or poultry was linked to lower risk of a range of adverse CV outcomes (HR 0.93; 95% CI, 0.88–0.97, after median follow-up of 8.5 years), but vegetarianism was only associated with a lower risk of incident CVD
