Vitamin D intake is associated with decreased risk of immune checkpoint inhibitor‐induced colitis

Retrospective analysis (n=213; 17% developed immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) colitis) found use of vitamin D conferred significantly reduced odds (OR 0.35, 95% CI 0.1–0.9). Findings confirmed in another cohort (n=169; 29% developed ICI colitis; OR 0.46, 95% CI 0.2–0.9).
