Vivaldi 2: coronavirus (COVID-19) reinfections in care homes study report
Analysis (n=2,111) found in those with evidence of previous Covid-19 infection (confirmed by antibody testing), risk of reinfection was 61% lower for staff and 85% lower for residents, suggesting natural immunity substantially reduces risk of reinfection (<1% per month)

SPS commentary:
The analysis only explored natural immunity; participants were removed from the analysis 12 days following their first vaccine dose. The number of reinfections in this cohort was very low (4 residents, 10 staff).
