Voriconazole and the Risk of Keratinocyte Carcinomas Among Lung Transplant Recipients in the United States

Population-based cohort study (n=9599) found voriconazole liked to increased cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma risk among lung recipients, especially after prolonged exposure (4-7months, HR 1.42; 95% CI, 1.16-1.73; 8-15months, 2.04; 1.67-2.50 and > 15months, 3.05; 2.37-3.91).
