Withdrawal of antihypertensive drugs in older people

Review (6 RCTs;n=1073) found no evidence of effect of discontinuing vs. continuing antihypertensives used for hypertension/primary prevention of CVD in older adults on all‐cause mortality & MI. Evidence was of low/very low certainty mainly due to small studies and low event rates
