Zonisamide add‐on therapy for focal epilepsy

Review (8 studies; n=1636 uncontrolled by ≥1 concomitant antiepileptic drugs) found moderate‐certainty evidence that zonisamide was more successful than placebo at reducing the frequency of seizures by at least 50%, when used as an add‐on treatment in this population.
